Booking & Setup

How far in advance should I book you?

As soon as possible! We book out months ahead—especially during wedding season. The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing your date.

What’s the deposit and when is it due?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Do you travel?

Yep! We’re based in Colorado Springs, but we love a road trip. Travel fees may apply depending on distance—just ask and we’ll give you a custom quote.

What do you need on-site?

We need flat ground, proper shelter (if outside), and a good party vibe. We bring our own bar setup unless the venue provides a bar or  you have something special in mind.

Alcohol & Legal Info

Can you provide the alcohol?

We’d love to—but nope! We’re a dry hire bar, which means due to state laws, we can’t purchase or serve alcohol we provide. You supply the booze, and we handle everything else.

Will you help us figure out what to buy?

Absolutely. We’ll create a custom shopping list based on your guest count, drink menu, and event type—so you’re not stuck with 10 bottles of peach schnapps after the wedding.

Can you serve shots?

Shots are up to your vibe and venue rules—but we keep things classy and safe.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service starts to set up the bar, stock everything, and get ready to go. If your event has tight timing, we’ll work with your planner or coordinator to stay on schedule.

How long do you serve for?

Our standard packages include 4 hours of service. Extra time can always be added for an additional hourly rate if you want to keep the good times flowing!

Are you insured?

Yes! We carry full general and liquor liability insurance, and all our bartenders are certified to serve.

Guest Experience

What do you provide?

We bring the bar setup, certified bartenders, basic tools, cups, cocktail napkins, straws, and good energy. Packages can include: ice, garnishes, mixers, signature drink—just let us know what you need.

Can you serve mocktails?

Yes! We love a good zero-proof cocktail and can create a custom menu with or without alcohol.

How many bartenders do I need?

Typically 1 bartender per 50–75 guests keeps things flowing smoothly. We’ll recommend what fits your event best.

Bar Customization

Can you create custom cocktails for my event?

Yes, and we love doing it! We’ll work with you to craft drinks that match your theme, personality, or even your signature flavors. Think of it like a cocktail mood board.

Can I name my own drinks?

Absolutely. We’ve seen everything from “Marry Me Margaritas” to “His & Hers Old Fashioneds.” We’ll even help with signage if you want it to match your event style.

Policies & Payments

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Life happens—we get it. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability.

What if I want more time at the last minute?

If we’re able to stay longer, we’re happy to extend for an hourly rate. Just check with us before or during your event.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yep! We can break payments into two or three chunks to make it easier.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in our pricing. We require a minimum tip of $250 per bartender. A tip jar will be placed on the bar unless the host prefers otherwise. If you’d rather not have a tip jar out, you’re welcome to “buy the tip jar” by pre-paying the gratuity in advance. We’ll work with you to make sure it fits the tone of your event while still valuing our team’s hard work.
